I was doing one of my neighborhood explores and came across Rio Verdence. I'd had a craving for chilaquiles. They offer them with green or red sauce, either spicy or not spicy. And they were very good.
The place was hopping in the morning, as people were coming in to sample the extensive breakfast menu.
A high point for me: I got to sample their mole rojo which they advised was a Jalisco style and a tad sweeter than a mole Poblano. It is the lunch special on Friday. It was a very good mole and I am already looking forward to a visit to this wonderful restaurant.
